Grateful, November 3
Today I am grateful for being a studly cook! From 2 raw sugar pumpkins and some cute little gourd called a dematala (sp?) I have cooked several dishes. A savory rice and meat, some filled with sugar, spices and alcohol and now, a thin cake with cream cheese icing. ALL of them were delish. Oh, and a quiche. No squash in that, but spinach and cheese. YUM!
